Packing in boxes

Pack the box and write the document control number on the document box (narrow side face).
We also sell document storage boxes for storage.

Document storage box sales service

Document storage boxes for storage are also available for sale (in units of 10).

Our standard size: Width 32cm × Depth 44cm × Height 30cm

Boxes provided by the customer can be stored as long as they meet our standard size.

Submit a storage (inbound) order via the web interface

When placing a storage (inbound) request, please provide the following details for each box.

Document control number (within 16 characters): Allowed characters: uppercase letters, numbers, hyphens, periods, and slashes (all half-width).

Storage expiration date: (Example) December 31, 2035, 2035/12/31, 2035.12.31.

Title: Up to 1000 characters are allowed. Some environment-dependent characters are not allowed.

We will pick up by dedicated document box delivery service. (Vehicle arranged by Asahi Warehouse)

Delivery address limited to Tokyo's 23 wards
In some cases, we may use parcel delivery services depending on the situation.
You may arrange your own vehicle.

Start the storage (inbound) process

A list of expiration notifications will be issued.

We will proceed based on the instructions you provide when the storage period has elapsed.
Early disposal before the expiration of the storage period is also possible.

Order disposal

We will remove it from inventory and carry out the dissolution process by the following month. After the dissolution process, a 'Confidential Disposal Certificate' will be issued.
Order Continuous Storage

We will continue to store the item if you do not dispose of it by setting a new “new storage expiration date”.

We will not dispose of any items unless you request us to do so.
Order retrieval and delivery

Delivered by dedicated document box delivery service.
