- Is there a web system available?
- Yes, we have a system that allows you to check the inventory of stored document boxes and place various orders (inbound, outbound, disposal, viewing, storage box orders, and post-process disposal). Additionally, you can register internal storage documents before they are stored and download inventory data.
- Can I store cargo other than documents?
- Yes, we can also store items such as X-ray films, VHS tapes, and CD-ROMs.
However, these will be stored in the same environment as the document storage.
Additionally, if you choose to dispose of these items, they will be treated as general industrial waste rather than confidential disposal.
- Will I receive notifications about the storage expiration?
- At the beginning of the month of the expiration date you set upon storage, we will send you a notice regarding the storage expiration.
Please review this, and only the boxes for which you have given disposal instructions will be disposed of (dissolved).
If no disposal instructions are given, we will continue to store the documents even after the expiration date has passed.
- What is the method of disposal?
- Disposal will be done through dissolution processing. A specialized waste disposal contractor, with whom we have a confidentiality agreement, will safely and reliably transport and dispose of (dissolve) the materials. A confidential disposal certificate will be issued after the disposal (dissolution) process. For more details, click here. [Click here for more details]
