Document Storage
We keep the important documents of your company with the newest system
by a thoroughgoing security system and thoroughgoing air-conditioning,
and computer.
Only these documents are kept and managed in the storage
warehouse which is equipped with the air conditioner in the building of
the earthquake-proof and fire-resistant structure excellent in safety.

Boxes for only documents storage are no charge (a transportation charge
1,050 JPY, inclusive of tax, per ten sheets is required).A document may
be perused in a free private room.
Moreover, when the document reaches
its expiry date, a certificate of dissolution will be sent to customers
as confirmation of the dissolution process.
It is also possible to make the contents of the custody document into a
PDF file, and to send it by E-mail (please consult).
