Asahi Warehouse Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is a logistics company primarily operating in the Tokyo metropolitan area. We have long recognized the importance of personal information protection as our core social responsibility. To this end, we have established internal regulations and systems that are appropriate to our corporate philosophy and business activities, along with a "Personal Information Protection Policy." Moving forward, all of our officers and employees will comply with this policy, as well as relevant laws and regulations concerning personal information, and will strive to ensure the proper protection of personal information.
Article 1: Acquisition, Use, and Provision of Personal Information
The Company will acquire personal information using lawful and fair methods and will not use it for purposes other than those specified. To prevent unauthorized use, appropriate management measures will be implemented. Furthermore, except as required by law, we will not provide or disclose personal information to third parties without obtaining the individual's consent.
Article 2: Establishment of a Personal Information Management System
The Company will designate a Personal Information Protection Officer and establish an organizational structure for personal information protection to manage personal information appropriately. We will also implement continuous improvements to the personal information protection management system.
Article 3: Secure Management of Personal Information
The Company will implement appropriate measures on an organizational, physical, and technical level to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, as well as the loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage of personal information. In the event of any occurrence, we will promptly implement corrective and preventive measures.
Article 4: Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The Company will comply with laws and regulations related to personal information protection, as well as guidelines and other standards established by the government.
Article 5: Education for Employees and Related Personnel
The Company will strive to raise awareness among its officers and employees regarding the "Personal Information Protection Policy" and the internal regulations established separately, and will conduct training related to personal information protection.
Article 6: Complaints and Consultations Regarding Personal Information
The Company will respond sincerely and promptly to inquiries from customers regarding personal information, as well as requests for disclosure and other related matters.
